My experience was very good. The representative (Steve) was very knowledgeable about the plan. He displayed all elements that was available to me in which I wanted a walk-in shower. Then he completed an overview picture of what it would look like. He knew exactly what he was doing and his customer service was outstanding. He took his time and I could tell he enjoyed his job and took it seriously.

Our home improvement project was not a big one, but everyone treated it like it was. Quality was evident. Work Ethic matched our own standard.
