Fantastic group of people! The first agent I worked with, Ann, was knowledgeable about the area and responsive to our needs. As an undergrad student my son was looking for a quieter area with fewer students which can seem like an unusual request. The agent seemed to know "her renters" and found my son and his roommate a perfect location in the Kiskadee Loop. Park Ave provides top notch service. I've been using them for years, to manage 5 properties, and I live out of state. I highly recommend them. The check the property, get me new tenants, prep the property for new tenants, and keep me up to date on any maintenance required. If I get notices from the HOA, I forward to them and they take care of it with the tenants.
Park avenue allowed my family the opportunity for a rental property that has now turned to our home. My children love the home and now we are working on a renewal for this property. Repairs are handled in a timely manner and I do appreciate this opportunity that Park Avenue has given my family.
