Park Avenue has been nice to deal with during my lease renewals. They are responsive when I have had issues at my rental. My main complaint is the the 200 dollar fee HVAC/App prep fee. I understand the need for the prep fee. However the HVAC fee covers sending me many air filters to install in vents, some difficult to reach. I have a stack of unused filters for this area. It would require an expensive professional grade ladder to do so safely. When I brought up this concern, I was told they could send someone out to fix at an additional cost to me. I feel this should be an optional fee, not something forced upon a tenant, especially in properties that have difficult to access vents. Perhaps there could be a refund issued for non used boxed filters still in their plastic if they wanted to go above and beyond for their customer service.

I have had a genuinely positive experience working with Robyn at Park Avenue Properties / Team Liberty. Having a rapidly approaching date by which my daughter and I need to move, in the middle of the holiday season no less, has been the most stressful moving experience of my life. Robyn has been kind, professional, and supportive, and quick to respond to my calls and emails to answer questions and keep me in the loop. During such a stressful time, I've felt as though someone was routing for me thanks to Robyn. That really goes a long way, even moreso for a worried, single parent like myself. I also had an excellent experience communicating with an individual who conducts background checks on potential tenants for Park Avenue. A positive experience all around. I hope to be a resident at the property managed by Park Ave for a very long time. -A new, truly appreciative tenant, Christina

I have been living in a rental property in Myrtle Beach, SC for two years now. My experience with this company has been positive. I am prior military and an Army brat, so I have moved around most of my life. I have lived in places where the property managers were located onsite and work orders were not completed even after residents had moved. This company is prompt and follows up on work orders to make sure that residents are satisfied. The agents that showed the properties were very nice and not pushy at all.

I have to say, I haven't rented out a home in years! Family is new to NC, and we were building, after such a headache with the builders , who I would never as long as I'm living recommend, and I rather remain respectful so I want mention them. Now let me say this, Haley Mitchell has the patience of a God, her mannerism and professionalism is impeccable! I can' t thank her enough, and for that I would recommend this management group for ANY property!

Fantastic group of people! The first agent I worked with, Ann, was knowledgeable about the area and responsive to our needs. As an undergrad student my son was looking for a quieter area with fewer students which can seem like an unusual request. The agent seemed to know "her renters" and found my son and his roommate a perfect location in the Kiskadee Loop. He returned to the MB area a couple years later (2016-18) as a grad student and again, Park Avenue Properties was there to help. Any questions are promptly answered and any issues with the property are taken care of promptly also. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a rental in the MB area. Thanks!
