I would like to highly recommend Park Avenue Properties and Team Liberty (Angela, Carrie, Debbie, Annetria) for their management of my property. It has been a great comfort to have such wonderful professionals helping manage the relationship between the tenants and me...and taking care of the physical structure as well. When I decided to quit my job and sell all my belongings to explore an overseas opportunity, I knew it would be a huge leap of faith. I was looking into Park Avenue managing my summer home and while they are not quite into this business yet, I was able to get great advice from Josh Williams on what to expect. He was very insightful. Five stars!!!
Park Avenue continually gives back to the community and the real estate industry. A company that is focused on perfecting the relationship between the owner, the property and the tenant mingled into a cohesive unit. First rate!
I have had a great experience with Park Ave! They were all very nice and professional from beginning to end. My property manager, Josh, was very informative and had great customer service. I would highly recommend Park Avenue to anyone looking to rent! I wish we still had our home with this firm!
I didn't end up renting with Park Avenue, but when I am ready to rent a home I will definitely be one of their customers. Excellent customer service. Timely responses to all my questions.
Ann Bradford with Park Avenue Properties has been a joy to work with. She is helpful, responsive and has both the landlord and tenant's best interest at heart. I highly recommend using Park Avenue Properties.
Ann was great! she was the best property manager i have every experienced. thanks. Flip
I recently rented from this and had an exceptional experience. My Rep's name was Stacy, and she went above and beyond to help me do a quick move in. She was very patient, understanding, and flexible with her time due to my crazy schedule. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am of the help I was given. The Company has been very professional and on top of everything! I love the area that I relocated to and I love my townhouse! Thanks Stacy and Park Avenue Properties! T. Hamlin
I have been a tenant through Park Avenue Properties for over 5 years. My Property Manager is Ann Bradford. I have never had a PM as responsive as Ann. Daytime, Nights and even Weekends, if I have a maintenance problem Ann is on top of it. And, if my rent looks like it might be late, Ann has even come by and picked it up so that it wouldn't be. Non tangible benefits that you can't put a price on, but are invaluable when you need them. If you're looking for a new home, you should seriously consider through whom you will be ren... read more
