Never had many issues, but when we did it was handled quickly and professionally! It has been quite nice actually to have such open communication. The people hired to do repairs or also courteous and professional and punctual. I would highly recommend using this company
I have experience with Park Avenue properties for about a month and from my experience so far they were great and would recommend to anyone looking for managing their property. They have reasonable fees and policies in place and was very quick in finding a tenant for the property that I purchased. I am looking to have more good experiences with them going forward with my current property and the properties that I may purchase in future.

My move was delayed because the carpet and bathroom floors had to be replaced and I was not completely satisfied with some of the cleaning. Once we all were on the same page, Park Avenue came through with what they told me they would do and I was able to move approximately three weeks later.
