My husband and I worked with Josh Williams at Park Avenue Properties, LLC and was very impressed with his professionalism and promptness in responding to own needs. Great experience working with Pam Peterson and Park Avenue Properties. I am a licensed broker and work in a different county. Pam and Park Avenue Staff were great to assist me and my client in the Charlotte area. Professional and very attentive to our needs. Having contacted other agencies in the area also for assistance, it was refreshing to have such a gracious, professional and knowledgeable group to assist me. I had a wonderful experience with Park Avenue Properties. I was moving to North Carolina for a job and had no time to come down and review properties or meet anyone in person to discuss. My communication was strictly via email and I had a deadline to meet to find a property before I started my new job. We are enjoying our property, but we got off to a shaky start. We moved in on a Friday and did not realize that our hot water heater wasn't functioning until after 5pm that day. When we called for maintenance, we were informed that the situation was not an emergency so maintenance would not come out until Monday to resolve the issue. So, we spent our first three days in the home without hot water (we moved in during the month of January). Additionally, our gas fireplace switch is not functioning. Ann Bradford our property manager for our rental in Kiskadee Park goes all out with inventive ideas to find tenants for your property.Even though we were down to the wire she won't bring in tenants that have questionable qualifications.She needs a back up person that she has trained to take over so she can have some time off.We don't want to loose her as our property manager.She keeps track of every thing that's going on with her units.
