Never had any issues with Park Avenue that wasn’t handled in a professional manner with prompt timing . Staff are wonderful and very helpful. I have rented from them for a couple of years and I wish to continue in the future
Never had many issues, but when we did it was handled quickly and professionally! It has been quite nice actually to have such open communication. The people hired to do repairs or also courteous and professional and punctual. I would highly recommend using this company
I have experience with Park Avenue properties for about a month and from my experience so far they were great and would recommend to anyone looking for managing their property. They have reasonable fees and policies in place and was very quick in finding a tenant for the property that I purchased. I am looking to have more good experiences with them going forward with my current property and the properties that I may purchase in future.

My rental property has been managed by Park Avenue for the past 5 years. This property means a lot to me, even though it is rented right now. Park Avenue has taken great care of the property and worked hard to get good tenants that will treat my house as a home. I highly recommend them.
My move was delayed because the carpet and bathroom floors had to be replaced and I was not completely satisfied with some of the cleaning. Once we all were on the same page, Park Avenue came through with what they told me they would do and I was able to move approximately three weeks later. From start to finish securing this condo was very simple with Lindsay and Team Brooklyn! She assured me of my concerns in getting deposits and rent in in a timely manner. When I finally saw the property taken down as "Not Available" my anxiety decreased! Lol everything she said she would do she did! Im a first time renter in my 40's and this was not as bad as I imagined thanks to TEAM BROOKLYN!!!
