I completed an application for a property managed by Park Avenue less than 24 hours ago. This morning Colleen set an expectation of 3-5 days for a response. Imagine how excited I was when I was contacted 2 hours later with an approval. While the lease is not yet signed, I am thus far very satisfied with the service I have received.

Tara Moore is by far the most attentive, patient and helpful property manager we have dealt with when working with Park Avenue Properties. We have only one rental home and are more hands on then most owners. We were a bit disappointed with the service we were receiving until Tara took over our management. Now we feel like we are truly in good hands.

This is my first time renting with Park Avenue Properties. The company as a whole is a bit frustrating to get a hold of. There seem to be too many hands in the bucket if that makes sense. I had sent "info requests" from sites like Zillow. I eventually heard back within a few days that the units were still available. I am renting a unit in Greensboro but live in Charlotte.
