The cold weather created many issues with our return flight to Dayton. After being picked up by the shuttle bus and returning us to our car on the lot we had a dead battery due to the week long cold weather. The driver radioed the front desk and requested a battery jump. Within minutes they had the car jumped and running. The two men cleared the snow and ice off the windows in the 10 degree weather. The service we received was unmatched. All of your people were awesome. Departing as we did at 4 AM i, we truly appreciated the kind service. We got to the airport in plenty of time, and I never felt concerned during our trip that our car though the winter weather threatened. You gave me true peace of mind .
