I had a miserable experience with Park Place. Management has awful communication. From no one being in the office when I went (during office hours), to the phone never being answered, to the voicemail box always being full, the only time I could get a response was when a strongly worded email was sent their way threatening to reach out to higher-ups. This is the worse to live. Just received a letter, $1343.00 current rent, new rent $1756.00. They are small, no closet space or storage. Roaches are all over the place and they only put bug traps in rooms and say they sprayed but it does help, the grounds are dirty, Check M-F how the trash cans are. The appliances are 1980, and basic. Pool is dirty and never open, rent increases every year. BE ADVISED DONT TAKE YOUR CHANCES AND BE SOLD ON LIES.

I asked them to come and see about this popping noise in the walls (pipes) every time the water is running in my apt or the one upstairs but nothing has changed even after they sent a email stating they completed the work order. So irritated with these thin walls of this place. Not only do I constantly have to be woken up by the people upstairs stomping and arguing at 5:00 in the morning, but now I have to deal with these extra loud popping noises. SMH.

You can hear everything in these apartments. If someone’s washing their clothes in the apartment above you, hearing conversations in low volumes from your neighbors, closing cabinets, and best one is hearing everything right outside your bedroom windows or front door... as if they were in your house. You will never get a good nights sleep here, I myself had to start taking sleeping meds just to get through a night. Also, get used to hearing... well... everything intimate.
