The apartment complex is quite new (or at least renovated recently) and very nice, and has some good amenities (pool and gym). However, the speed of emergency maintenance needs to be greatly improved in my opinion. I recently had my A/C breakdown during the latest heatwave and it took them 3 1/2 days before it was working again, for someone my age I was able to deal with it but if a senior person or young child had to be in that house all day I think it would have been a different story. I've lived here for about 3 years now and the apt complex is very nice. Up-to-date building with great amenities of pool, gym, and multipurpose room. Staff is great. Maintenance responds to requests super fast within 24 hrs and Mac, who works maintenance, always does a great job! The location is awesome in City Center because you have beautiful fountains to walk around and many great restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance.
