The best decision I could have ever made with moving into Park Place apartments. Absolutely the best apartment complex Newport News has to offer.

The apartment complex is quite new (or at least renovated recently) and very nice, and has some good amenities (pool and gym). However, the speed of emergency maintenance needs to be greatly improved in my opinion. I recently had my A/C breakdown during the latest heatwave and it took them 3 1/2 days before it was working again, for someone my age I was able to deal with it but if a senior person or young child had to be in that house all day I think it would have been a different story.
