We wish to thank our exceptional maintenance team and office staff for the great work they do for their residents. You are truly the best! We would like to thank Dustin in Maintenance for the superb job he did in the middle of the night recently fixing a leak in our apartment and for his timely follow-up in repairing the wall afterward. It looks brand new!

We had a horrible experience at an apartment complex who was supposed to have our apartment ready. Come moving date the OTHER place was just a joke and followed through on nothing they had promised. So, we were without a place to live on moving day! We immediately went to Park Place, walked in, and were greated by Nikki. She was and is an angel from the start to the finish. Nikki spent the entire morning with me making sure that my new apartment would feel like the home that I need. She was energetic, encouraging and very professional. She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a positive one. I highly recommend Park Place at City Center!

I recently relocated here from Charlotte. Before I moved to Newport, I decided to come up and shop for apartments. While in Newport I toured several apartments and found Park Place by accident. When I walked in I was welcomed by Nikki, who was my leasing consultant. She did a marvelous job assisting with my questions/concerns, as well as providing clear details (frequently) to assure that I understand the area and the apartment community. My fiancé and I were looking into moving from where we were at the time to something bigger for ourselves and our girls!!! We happened to be going to our bank which was a 3 minute walk from the Park Place rental office. Well there were no parking spots available in front of our bank so we parked in front of the leasing office. As we were coming back from the bank we noticed a “Now Leasing” sign outside. My move-in experience with Park Place leasing office was a breeze. I don’t like the fact that because it’s only me in my place I can only get one key to my apartment. I’ve never heard of that in my life any other apartment I’ve stayed in they give me two keys and one mailbox key. I also dislike the fact that because I don’t have a registered car. I’m unable to receive a gate key. Suppose I’m making groceries, or I’m in an Uber any quick access to my apartment I’m unable to all because I don’t have a car that’s so unfair. My ... read more

I have lived at Park Place 4 times in the past 14 years. This last time was the worst. I notified the office on April 11th, 2024 that I would be moving. The girl in the office told me that she would need a date. I told her that I would say June 30th since that's when the lease ends, but it would probably be before that. She said that they would need the date. I told her at that time I would move on May 17th. I provided her with my forwarding address. She gave me the moveout checklist at that time. Response time is too slow due to few maintenance staff members. When the staff does arrive, they are very courteous and highly knowledgeable. Great team, but too few of them to get to residents in a timely manner. I had to wait 2 and 1/2 days before they could arrive to repair my issue with having no hot water in the apartment, and no running water at all in bathroom. We had to shower at our gym for 2 days. Really not acceptable.
