The people were great and the visits were always very smooth. The wait to schedule a visit could be up to 2 months though, which was not always ideal. I would still recommend them because they otherwise did great work.
We've been working with Parkside and Dr. Kuperstein for several years (and probably more to come). Good balance of kind patience and gentle firmness with a teenager who isn't the best at brushing. And I greatly appreciate their support of our local neighborhood schools!

We have just begun the orthodontic journey for our almost 14 year old, but thus far it's been a great one. My son has had the best treatment experience at Parkside Orthodontics. He started his jaw correction process at a very young age with a very significant overbite. Staff have treated him with such kindness and support through 6 years of treatment. He gets his braces off this spring and his teeth are looking SO BEAUTIFUL! You cannot go wrong with these folks! Doctor Kuperstein has such expertise with jaw/bite correction, we feel very lucky to have found her!
