Our family has been seeing Rebecca and her highly professional staff for about 6 years: adult braces to correct for misalignment, typical teen braces with palate expansion at an early age, and most likely another one in a few years. Her front desk staff is very helpful with administrative tasks, and her treatment staff have good rapport and patience with kids. She and her staff are not pushy, offer solutions, and provide great service.

Dr. Becky Kuperstein Fish is an amazing Orthodontist and very caring. The most important thing which many people don't understand is it's not just straightening your teeth but knowing your bite is right for the lifetime of functioning. It's well worth the investment and time to do it right, so it won't cost you even more down the road. I give her 5 stars!

My son needs extensive orthodontic procedures. We came to Parkside for a second opinion for the work that needs to be done. Dr. Kuperstein's plan for my son is more on par with what makes sense for us. We chose her because she is knowledgable with current practices and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and to my son. We really appreciate her warmth.

During our initial consultation which ended with my 10-year-old daughter starting treatment, we experienced staff who were professional, caring, thoughtful, and who exhibited excellent attention to detail, from the receptionist Melissa, the treatment coordinator Shelley, Dr Kuperstein, the finance coordinator Jan, and the ortho technician (whose name I didn't catch). We just started round two of braces with our youngest child this week. Dr. Kuperstein and her staff are so thorough and accommodating. We appreciate the advanced monitoring of the kids' mouths, setting realistic expectations (financial and medical), scheduling that takes into account school, work, life. They help the kids focus on a perfect smile and not the process of braces.
At every visit leading up to braces, and since receiving braces, we have been treated with professionalism and received excellent advice and service. Staff at Parkside Orthodontics are very knowledgeable, thorough, and have wonderful chair-side manner! We look forward to being cared for by Dr. Kuperstein and her team for the next few years.
