Wonderful team - we've been so pleased with our treatment with Dr. Kuperstein, and her incredibly dedicated staff. They are so great with scheduling around kid's school days, and finding appointments that are least disruptive. I also appreciate the expectation setting of timelines, so we never felt like we thought we were close to getting the braces off only to find out we had more time. I also appreciate the efficiency of appointments - they always were on time and got us in and out (without sacrificing service).

I want to give a shout out to Melissa at the front desk! As the first face that patients see, this is an incredibly important role. Melissa is so sweet, she greets us with a grand smile every time, and she's so kind, thoughtful and engaging! Simultaneously, she manages the patients arriving at the front desk plus the phones ringing all the time, which can be very stressful, and she does it all with such grace and professionalism. She is also a scheduling ninja! Five stars for Melissa!!

My daughter was anxious about our consultation this week, and she left excited about getting braces (Invisalign) and the team at Parkside made us feel SO comfortable. They took time to explain EVERYTHING and made my nervous daughter feel comfortable - I am thrilled with my experience!
