At the beginning it was wonderful. Cleaning crew, people in the office, a key to use the party rooms, clean yard. Now one guy is trying to keep up with the whole building plus others that’s maintenance and cleaning. Not to mention nobody in the office anymore, party rooms get trashed, it’s sad. The raising of rent is not worth what isn’t being done to the building.

I moved here just under a year ago. It’s a great place to live. The apartments are clean and well kept. Maintenance is prompt and courteous and Jen is great manager, friendly and professional. It’s quiet and actually feels like home. I give Parkstone Villas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We moved to Parkstone Villas in 2015and we love it. The staff is friendly, reliable and professional. It is kept clean and the grounds are well-groomed. We take advantage of the exercise room as well as the community rooms. The occasional activities are a great way to meet new neighbors. We give Parkstone Villas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
LOVE IT!!! Always clean, Staff is very helpful. Jen & maintenance are always on top of things & respond quickly. It is home.
Price is on the higher end but comes with great amenities like underground parking and free WiFi/ cable. Management is highly responsive to any requests. Would definitely recommend!
Overall a good building, excellent on site management and maintenance. Consistent increases in the rent are the only issue I have.
We have lived here for the past year. Nice friendly building manager. Always get issues fixed quickly, have never had to wait for anything.
I've only lived here for a week, and already I can tell that this is a great place to be. Neighbors are so friendly, and Jen is so helpful! I definitely recommend anyone looking for a comfortable place to say for awhile consider Parkstone Villas as their first option.
