We relocated & needed a new primary care doctor for our Frenchie. From the moment we called to make a new patient appointment and spoke to Vicki, to the time we arrived for our appointment, we felt heard and understood and so at ease and most importantly our Dog who is typically terrified at a VET, was calmer than ever before and we could all feel the calming energy. We came for a second opinion. I liked how thorough Dr. Tanner was with our dog. She took her time, went through the records, drew a diagram and explained how she would perform the surgery. You could tell Dr. Tanner genuinely cared about our dog. The staff was wonderful with our dog Olivia, too!
