I've been going to Parkway Veterinary Hospital, for all my pets, since 1978. Everyone there shows sincere compassion and take extreme care in making sure my dog and me are well cared for. For example, Desiree went over and beyond helping me with my pet insurance, and Dr Tanner is exceptionally thorough.

Time for Huckleberry's annual physical. The clinic is clean and does not smell. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr Tanner is fabulous. She takes her time to make Huckleberry and I comfortable. We have her full attention. In addition to his physical he got his shots and got his nails trimmed. I feel confident Huck is getting good care.

Over the past six weeks, we've brought in three of our furry family members for different needs. It's been hectic, but the team handled everything with skill and compassion. The vets are knowledgeable, informative, and caring, and the techs and front desk are just as amazing--always friendly, attentive, and supportive. Their expert care and warm approach give us complete peace of mind. We highly recommend them 100%!

Dr. Luu is absolutely wonderful with our cats... truly a cat whisperer. She's one of the very few people they actually let handle them, and it's clear she treats them with such gentle, thoughtful care. She also takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy for us to understand, which we really appreciate. One thing to keep in mind is that the clinic does get quite busy at times, so occasional follow-ups or callbacks have at times taken a bit longer than expected. I could cry tears of joy that I found this clinic. I am new to the area and tried a local clinic with such a bad experience. I spent hundreds of dollars just to be told to go to a specialist - I felt thrown away and disregarded. Luckily I found Parkway vet. I've been taking my dog to Parkway for over 5 years. Dr. Tanner is an excellent vet and her staff are sharp and organized. I've been to a dozen Bay area vets and only Parkway meets my high standards. Dr. Tanner is calm, friendly, very methodical and a great problem solver. I ask complicated questions and I get well informed answers. My wife and I took our 11 year old dog, Rookie to the vet yesterday for his annual checkup, labs, cut nails, etc. Dr. Luu and Vet Assistant Kate were fabulous!!!!! They were present, engaging, passionate, friendly...and super calming with the care for our dog. We manage a medical clinic...so it is awesome to see such wonderful staff giving such great care. Thank you both - you are amazing at what you do!
