Dr. Tanner has been my vet for all my animals. She is a great vet. I recently got a puppy that is too young to board so I flew him with me and Dr. Tanner squeezed me in to get last minute health certificate for my dog. Their vet clinic is also reasonably priced.

Dr. Tanner has provided care for our family dogs for more than 20 years. She is unfailingly thorough, kind, thoughtful, and provides high level care. We've had three dogs of varying temperaments, and she's provided dental care, check-ups, infection treatment, and even helped us deal with an amputation and rebuilding a knee via UC Davis. I trust her and her staff completely. Have never, ever had just satisfactory service. Always helpful and careful.
Very friendly staff. Dr.Luu is amazing! They also offer telemedicine (online vet) - not every type of appointment is eligible to be handled via telemedicine, but a good option for a follow-up and/or when traffic is heavy etc. To schedule a telemedicine appointment just call them and ask - the cost is $50 price!
I got an email asking me to review this vet since I took my dog there. Overall it was easy to make an appt. I will say it's getting frustrating that vets are still doing curbside. If kids can be maskless in school then there's no reason that we can't have in-person (masked) visits. It's hard to know what exactly is going on when your pet is having an exam when you're not there. Is the doctor truly seeing them? Or is a vet tech doing an exam & the doctor is signing off on that? As much as I used to LOVE this place, I do want to recommend you get a second opinion if you're a new pet owner. I rescued my pup in 2018 and have been bringing him here since. Hes always had these benign masses and we were told by his vet that they were benign and not some thing to worry about. Even during one of his teeth cleanings the idea of removing them came up but we collectively decided it was alright to keep them bc as we were told, they were benign. Dr. Tanner is the best! She took excellent care of my cat after my cat's spay. One day my cat accidentally shook off the cone around her neck and licked the wound open; Dr. Tanner asked me to take my cat to visit her even though she was actually off the duties on that day.
