My mother is in a shared room, the staff is great we are very please so far. The communication is also very good. I would recommend this community to others.
It is a high quality assisted living home. The director works hard to respond to any requests. If I had to offer any criticism, Ithink that for the amount that I am paying, everything should be included. My father in law is very shy and requires encouragement to attend activities , which we feel should be included. The staff are courteous and pleasant in their approach. They have done a really good in during the corona virus by following strict safety protocol.. It is a nicer community then many we visited in the area.
The care staff at PHC is exceptional. I've spent some time volunteering here, and always leave knowing that there are still places that care. The leadership team is the cream of the crop and the Executive Director [name removed] has great interpersonal skills. Her unparalleled level of compassion shines through her motivated approach to caring for the residents. She's never too good to help in any capacity. I'm proud to know this collection of amazing people.
Parsons house took excellent care of my mom. The facility and staff are top notch!
This facility was vey welcoming. It was clean. Staff and residents were out and about. We were truly impressed with the attention to the residents they were given by all of the staff members.
I toured this community and was happy with the community. The staff were nice and they were able to answer the question on the care that is offered here. We did like the menu and the list of nice activities. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The staff have been helpful and friendly. There are more activities than I could ever participate in. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. They have three chefs that work different days. The community is very clean and I would highly recommend it.
My mom is still learning about living in a community, this is all new to her. The staff try to help her feel understand but it has been fine. She is now sitting by a woman who talks with her. Their are some items with her meal that are cold and at times she is surprised by flavors, being that she is unable to see. The residents are nice and helpful to one another. She gets invited and participates in what activities she can do.
