Rich, the installer, showed up right on time. He surveyed the situation and then explained everything he was going to do. He said it would take about 2 hours, but in fact, he was done much sooner. He did an awful lot in that time. He removed the old system, installed the new one, and even re-routed the softener drain to a new, more effective position.
