Very Good service
I am not happy with the plumbing work. I would suggest purchase your own softener and hiring a reliable plumber. They didn’t listen to now I wanted it setup. Left me with a leak, without a drain which was there previously from the old setup. The sales person promised it would be setup to my specs and that was a total lie. The plumber didn’t listen to me and went about the fastest configuration possible not the best. Other than that the water softener is fine and water is much better.

We had an unusual and complicated problem with a well that normally has quite a bit of sediment, but otherwise great water. 8 years ago, PB designed a great 2-tank system with a backwashing sediment filter. After 8 years of solid service, a few months ago, it started acting up; water pressure dropped dramatically, sediment started showing up in the drinking water. We decided to install our first water softener system and made our choice based on our neighbor’s rave reviews. He wasn’t wrong. Surprisingly budget friendly and everyone on the team, from the initial call to the final step, was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Best of all delicious, healthy water at our fingertips and we save a bundle on water bottles! Oh and we get notifications for fill ups and filter changes.
Perfect! Not sure what the delivery guys name was but he was very nice.
