Patrick helped me with a home loan on a home purchased in May 2018. Patrick was great to work with from start to finish. He was really quick about getting back in touch with me, he shopped around for various products to fit my mortgage needs, and was able to explain various scenarios to make sure I chose the right type of mortgage for our growing family. This is the 2nd time I have used Market Consulting Mortgage Inc and I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Patrick was so easy to work with. We had worked with Patrick on the purchase of our first home, so we knew we were in good hands. He went over all our mortgage options with us and explained everything thoroughly. We were building our house and the builder was not easy to work with on locking down a closing date. Patrick went above and beyond by asking the builder on our behalf if we could move closing up since we had already sold our current home. We highly recommend Patrick!

Patrick was a pleasure to work with. First he saved us close to $1000 compared what our realtors agency was charging for the same rate!
