Patrick helped my husband and I purchased our new home last month and the process was very quick. Patrick is very knowledgeable and professional. Patrick got us a low interest rates and saved us a lot of money. What I appreciate most about working with Patrick and his team is the communication skills, great interest rates, and Super-Fast closing which happened within 8 days from when we started working with Patrick. Patrick was beyond helpful! He provided same-day turnaround of financial breakdowns for numerous properties and arranged several calls to discuss the best way to get the most out of the home buying experience. Patrick’s all about getting the best deal for the best price and keeping the most money possible in your pocket. He also arranged to have dinner delivered to the new place at no additional cost on my first night there. I cannot recommend his services enough!
I had to decide on the loan and close it in 15 days. Patrick helped me get the loan through and consistently kept me informed. He laid out all the loan options in detail and explained it well.
Patrick is a very professional and effective mortgage broker. He would take his time to explain to me any questions that I have about the types on loans, pros/cons on whats the best approach. As a broker, he has various lenders to choose from to get you the best rate vs other vendors that have limited options. Lastly and what makes me like him the most is that he would disagree with me and show me why one strategy is better for me than another. It showed me integrity instead of seeking personal gain.
I am very thankful for Patrick’s professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from the beginning to the end. He made himself available to me any method of my choice, which I appreciated and took advantage of, maybe a little too much. I couldn’t asked for a better experience.
