Patrick provided professional service to my mortgage. He is great to work with, always promptly reply my questions and concerns, the interest rate and loan cost is great. He also helped deal with some difficulties with the builder. In general, I have good experience working with Patrick.

I have worked with Market Consulting Mortgage before for refinancing my prior home and more recently with Patrick towards purchase of our new home. The entire experience was very good. Patrick was easy to contact via phone and email. He took time to answer all questions I had related to closing and the current interest rate environment. Patrick was so helpful to my husband and I in finding the best financing options on our new home. He was easy to contact via phone and email. He took time to answer all of our questions during the process. He even helped us find a less expensive but more thorough home insurance plan. To top it all off, he came to our closing and brought us a plant for our new home. A nice personal touch you don't get with everyone! Highly recommend.

Patrick helped me navigate the challenging mortgage system as a first-time home buyer. Patrick was recommended to us by a family friend who had used his services in the past and we couldn't have had a better experience. I found Patrick very quick and work with you as per your schedule during weekends and late hours as well. My mortgage rate is competitive and better then other lander.
