I am happy with the service provided by Patrick Riley Cooling Heating and Plumbing.My house needed multiple plumbing fixtures and several shutoff valves replaced. Patrick Riley used the same technician named ******* for the estimate and the actual work. The project cost was competitive with other estimates I received. ******* completed the work very skillfully and efficiently.

******* was awesome. He investigated why my sink was slowly draining, and it turned out to be a complex issue. He ensured I didnt pay more than I had to, and spent much of his time getting the right fix for my budget. The issue was fixed and he was a great parter in getting the problem resolved. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. Highly recommended. Ive dealt with some horrible HVAC companies over the years, to the point where I have to threaten people to get anything done right. These guys did a great job the first time, and repaired tons of mistakes made by previous company I used. They even show up when the say they are going to show up. If for some reason they cant, they call and let you know. I use Patrick Riley for both HVAC and plumbing, and they have always been great. Great company, great employees. We were looking for a reliable plumbing and ** company. Decided to have Patrick Riley come and inspect both systems over the past two weeks. ********* (plumbing) and *********) both did a great job in thoroughly explaining what we have, what needs attention and answering my many questions. We joined the *** program for one year to try it out. It includes two ** visits and one plumbing visit each year. Great ! ******************* was my technician today. He was timely, very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he would be doing with my water heater and why. Also never seemed annoyed with several questions I asked for a neighbor. Came through in our conversation as well, that he is happy and proud to be working for Patrick Riley Company. So nice to hear such positive comments from an employee!
