I have been a long-term customer of Isley's. Our AC was not working on a 110+ degree 4th of July afternoon. Tim L. was able to make the service call that evening, and quickly took care of our problem. We are very grateful to have such timely service, when it counts. Thank you very much!

Our AC stopped working on Memorial Day. Taber arrived with a great attitude within an hour and fixed the problem after explaining the problem and solution.

I have worked with Isley’s (now Patrick Riley) for years. When a scheduled maintenance check identified major problems with my HVAC, it became clear a new system was in order. Very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of the entire sales to install process. Dereck Ball was low pressure and educated me with alternatives regarding equipment, warranty and installation. The installation process was incredibly impressive. Our AC went down during 113 degree heat. Called several places with no luck. Patrick Riley has a can do attitude, they sent two highly trained techs out less than 3 hours after I called. The pros had it up and running in no time and honored my factory warranty even waiting over 15 minutes just to make sure they could, instead of charging me full price. That saved me about 350 dollars! They have my business from this day forward! I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality , speedy service!

My wife saw a Patrick Riley spotless truck going down the street, snapped a pix of it and that was the start of our relationship. I was very pleased with Nick & Deraye. They were polite professional. Explained everything that they were redoing the rite way. In my language it so I could understand. My hot water in kitchen gets hot in a few seconds now. Also in everywhere in my house. Even in my basement. My unit looks a lot better than when the first installer. Had a heating issue, called Patrick Riley for service. Rodrigo Hernadoz came in last week & did an excellent job of checking the unit out - took the time to do a full check & put in a new Thermostat. Rodrigo was very professional & excellent to work with. The system is working great.
