*** and ***** showed up on time. And promised. They gave me option of repairs being made or replacing my old unit. Gave me a great deal on new unit. I have a unique perspective as I had started my career many years ago in the HVAC/Plumbing industry and know what makes a good tech. I have never once been disappointed with Patrick Riley guys. Do yourself a favor, skip the rest and just get the best the first time.

We decided to put in a new sink and faucet, Chita came out and gave us a very detailed estimate. He was a pleasure to talk to answered our questions and even gave us a veteran’s discount and an estimated time to complete. When he came out to do the job he completed it within the time he estimated and answered questions while doing the job, he also did a little extra chalking at no extra charge. Nic was on time 2 days in a row. Once for checkup and the next day to install a new water tank. He always called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and appears to like his job. I highly recommend him.

Tanner R. was my HVAC tech and he was extremely courteous as well as very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He checked the cooling/heating system stem to stern and presented me with videos of what he worked on. I am very happy with his courtesy and professional demeanor and would gladly ask for him the next time I need HVAC service. He's a 10 !!

We had a broken pipe and needed a plumber ASAP. We had to turn the main water source off to stop the flow of water. I called Patrick Riley plumbing and made an appointment with Scott who answered the phone. Scott was very friendly and professional. Good first impression. He told me that he will have Nic the plumber call me when he was on his way. Nic was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a fantastic job.
