James F****** came to our place yesterday to repair one of our A/C units. He did a great job and renewed my faith in Patrick Riley. He fixed my A/C problem and also fixed a couple of other problems left by previous Riley technicians. I predict that this individual will eventually be training and supervising all of the Riley Technicians. If I have any other service issues, I hope that they send James out to do the repair. I have been a Patrick Riley customer for many years. Tanner Ronning is the best! Very pleasant, knowledgable & respectful (put his shoe covers on each time he came in & wore his mask). As he worked, he texted photos of the units on the roof to update me on their condition. He took time explaining the recommended repairs & patiently answered all my questions. Super happy Tanner was my tech.

We bought a house that had an old tankless water heater that started to give out. We knew nothing about this system and found out the company had closed so couldn’t even get parts repaired. PR sent out Gilbert to help us out and the whole process went as smooth as ever. Found out we needed some electrical work done along with the new water heater, but it was all reasonably priced and so quick! Got it done in a day - electrician morning, heater afternoon. Now we’re so happy with our hot water and our home.
