This dealership allows that their autos listed under $2k are not worth purchasing. Some of the vehicles they have listed on carfax are not available to be inspected or viewed. The sales people allow the vehicles are not on the lot. The sales people are extremely tough to deal with. The sales people want to run a credit check prior to being allowed to inspect or test drive vehicles.
Service manager Richard was very rude, he didn't want to listen to any of our concerns! We will be taking our 2 Dodge trucks to another dealership for any and all services!
Never would help me out with any info on the vehicle, just wanted to drive down and look at it.
They scheduled 4 different times to call me. Never called me. The car I was interested in immediately was changed to sold. Then they texted me and asked if I was still interested. ??
Asked for 25 mile radius they were pushyabout appt and didn't want no for answer
Save your TIME, MONEY and MIND, don't use Patriot! We haven't had the truck and year , they have had it in their shop every month! They will lie right to your face and when you call them out on it, it's just more lies! NEVER EVER use this dealership!!
Absolutely horrible , all vehicles I post online that are for sale the used ones are a ploy to get somebody up there to sell them a different vehicle they don't have any of the vehicles on the lot that I posted online nothing was available that was supposed to be available and end up selling me a totally different vehicle that I really didn't want with a major oil leak and I can't even drive it now. But I bought it as is and that's just not right
There is nothing I liked. They said they did all this inspection. That was a lie washer fuild line was broken they did not check that like they said. Breaks where not checked because there was no key to remove the lock lug nut. The obd2 plug the fuse was blown so when the check engine light came on.
Their pricing is deceptive. They charge $2,000 more than their list price. Their list price is only good if you have a trade in, which they don't tell you. If I had not asked to see the paperwork, I would have never known and they would have gotten away with deceiving me. That led me to not buying their vehicle and to another dealership that made me a great deal.
