I paid to have my tires rotated. I placed a colored dot on each tire to insure they were rotated as I suspect they hadn't been in the past. After completion of the service, all 4 dots had been removed. I had an oil change and tires rotated in less than one hour? I don't think so. I'll be looking for service elsewhere. What a ripoff. I had advanced warning about my tires when a tire specialist found that my rear tires had considerable less thread than my front tires. They never looked at my car, had appointment but just had me drive 35 miles to talk to them. They were lost in the service department, told me they needed to order parts, never ordered them, just a run around and I live about 40 minutes away from the dealer. I have called Aaron but have gotten nowhere just phone tag with him. Not sure with if my part is order or needed.
