My truck needed new leaf springs since I got it but was given the runaround until new service person looked at it. They are about sales not fixing problems.
Wait time was a little long for an oil change.
I went in for electrical issues & they replaced my rear end. My ac worked when I dropped it and now it doesn't. The communication was so spotty & poor and it all took so long just to have my truck in worse shape than before I took it in. $100 deductible and over $4000 out of my overall warranty and truck is worse than it was when I took it in. Very disappointed.
I had an appointment for service at 9am. I was supposed to get my truck back by noon. I lost most of my day waiting, I was able to get my truck back after 3:30pm.
Damaged the hood latch, fog light and active air dam system. Not even reset the oil life in the truck. Won't claim responsibility.
I liked that my car runs well. What I didn't like was, the service wasn't very thorough. My tire on the rear drivers side had a large, long screw in it. I know for sure that this didn't happen when I was driving it. I don't drive very often and I hadn't driven the car since I picked it up at the dealership on 04/11/2024. The sales person was very kind to me and I can recommend him. I'm very disappointed that this occurred at all. I was told that the car was serviced and inspected before I purchased it.
Price listed was lower on the website by nearly $5000 than what I got on the call. Mileage was almost 10k more on the call than was listed on the website. Not the kind of dealer I care to work with.
Service over all was good. However, I received a text shortly after I got there stating that I would receive updates throughout the process. I never received any. I was also at the service center for about 2 hours. I realize it was shortly before a holiday, but that seemed excessive for an oil change.
I never had this vehicle serviced at this location after initial purchase back in June/July of this year.
