This one the worst home financing experience we have ever had. We contacted Paula Harrell in August 2020, and the settlement date was Feb 1, 2020 so it took almost 6 months. In that, we were told every excuse in the book for delay upon delay. At the 11th hour, she tried to raise the rate and charge us additional fees. We had to loop in Paula's boss to get it resolved. This one of the most unprofesional experiences we've ever had with a mortgage broker.
Truly dedicated to helping the customer find the best solution for them. Paula is truly committed to her clients and was amazing to work with.
