I’m so glad to have found Dr Rohrer many years ago and luckily found him here (thank God for google) after recently finding out he was no longer with the previous place I was taking my dogs to. I was able to get my dog in the same day I called with a concern and everyone I dealt with (on the phone and in person) in the office was great. Even though it’s a longer drive for me it was worth it!
They are the most caring and patient people that I have ever seen before. They take time with your pet and get down on the floor with your pet to make your pet more comfortable. Hands down, the very best!!!
Paws and Claws is an excellent vet. I have taken my cat and now my puppy and have always had great experiences despite the circumstances that bring us their- both positive and negative. Everyone there is very professional, efficient, and makes you and your pet feel more at ease. The smaller atmosphere makes for a comfortable visit and the vet techs are very good about answering any and all questions. Love Dr. Dawn, as I call her. She squeezed me in to see our pup who just hasn’t been himself since our last trip. The staff are all very caring. Hopefully it’s just a minor issue. Highly recommend Paws & Claws!!!
I am the Adoption/Volunteer Coordinator for the Monroe County Animal Shelter, we have brought many of our dogs to Paws & Claws with a spay/neuter grant we have. They have always been great with our animals & kind & professional with our staff & our transporters from Save Monroe Strays. Thank you to all of your staff for the great work you do!
