Every electric company I've used in the past 10 years, (about 7 different companies) all start out charging me around $300/month. They ALL creep the bill up over $600 in 8-9 months or so, and swear they are not playing games. Other companies also charge me around $150-$200 for "delivery" on top of the usage. Crazy, I know. Payless Power shows what I use on a daily and only deducts what I use. Funny how with Payless Power, a much higher kwh rate, and I'm averaging $250/month. Huge difference.
