PROs: Checking was excellent. The area was clean and was 2 blocks from the main part of town. Cons: We stayed in a room that was very humid because the air conditioner was not working properly, so we shut it off. We liked the parking with the overhead protection for our car. We will definitely come back again.

Parking was safe & easy with the carport being adjacent to our room. Our room was clean with comfortable beds & sofa. The fresh continental breakfast was a pleasant plus. Finally, staff were welcoming & courteous.

We were in one of the little duplexes facing the trees. It was nice to sit out on the porch and drink coffee in the mornings. Very clean and well equipped. Comfy bed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!

Perfect location for Fredericksburg Main Street. Didn’t have to worry about parking because we could walk from the hotel. I did not like how there were no mirrors in the room, only one in the bathroom so I took a long time for our family to get ready. they need to replace the showerheads as they were nasty but the water pressure was amazing. The beds were very noisy, but comfortable. Wish they stalked the rooms with extra bedding because the pullout sofa did not have enough bedding. When we arrived to our cottage, it was pit... read more
