They offered breakfast but we chose to go somewhere to eat. Parking for our room was on the side of the road because our room faced the side street, but seemed pretty safe. Our room number 2 was decent. Small bedroom, but we weren't looking for much anyways. The restroom was relatively spacious. Our friends room wasn't so good to them so we felt pretty bad.

Incredible value for Fredericksburg. The king bed room was huge and very clean. Single level, so no noise above you and parking right next to the door. Best night's sleep on a 3 week road trip. Super quiet at night. Friendliest staff imaginable. Within walking distance to great food and drink options. Would absolutely stay here again.
