Had a wonderful time visiting and sightseeing. Fredericksburg, looking forward to fiing it again soo Cant think of anything right now. Location was perfect for us, was off main street but was a short walk to everything we needed.

Exceptional Everything was perfect Beds were comfy, staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
Very Good Smaller than I thought and for the price. More run down than it looks, but still clean and would stay again if it was a late option. Beds weren’t too comfortable, but I’m kind of picky. Cute and quaint. Friendly service. Nice little sitting areas on property.
Nice place, would definitely stay again, just wish it was a little cheaper. Rate was a bit pricey. Separate location required walk to swimming pool and breakfast. Refrigerator had loud hum. King suite was located in separate building that was quiet. It had a nice kitchenette and sitting room. The fire ring and outdoor chairs were a nice touch.

Probably won't stay here again. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Need more information concerning restaurants in town, their location, and recommendations. Kitchen had bugs under the sink and in the cabinet drawers. Location was very good. Room floors including bathroom were very clean. Staff was very friendly and gracious. King size bed was very comfortable.
