We arrived just after the worst Ice Storm that the region had seen in decades. Peach Tree upgraded our room from a standard upstairs room to a bungalow on the ground level, because they were worried that we might encounter Ice on the second floor balcony. Breakfast is just a couple of doughnuts. So go to the Sunrise.

Breakfast was very modest for someone on the run which met my expectations. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable with a coffee maker and small fridge.
