We looked at a lot of assisted living facilities in the area to move my father closer to where we live. We wondered in on a Sunday afternoon, unannounced, and was immediately met by the staff. We were given a very warm welcome and an impromptu tour. Met more of the staff, and some residents, who were involved in an activity, and all were very friendly and seemed to welcome our visit. The representatives at Pecan Point have been exceptionally professional, very helpful of everything that we needed coming into the move and even now on a day to day basis. We love the facilities and my Aunt is has grown to love it in such a short time. We are very happy with the staff, the food, and the fact that from top to bottom the willingness to help is always front and center.

Pecan Point is far above every other place that I looked at. My mom had to go from Assisted Living to Memory Care. Both experiences have been phenomenal. The staff made the transition to Memory Care easy for both my mom and myself. They are great at keeping me in the loop with any changes. I started out going every other day to visit, and now twice a week. Knowing if there are any problems they will phone me allows me to make the 40 minute drive one way just twice a week. My mom is a resident at Pecan Point Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility is bright and cheery with well balanced meals served. There are daily activities, even on the weekends. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to others and I'm so glad that we found it for our Mom.

The meals are great. I really like the staff. They are caring, and go out of their way to help everyone feel that they are taken care of. I like the facility in general, it's a cozy building and a smaller community. We picked this community, because of the price compared to value, and it was one of the closet locations to my home. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I like everybody here, [name removed] is the best activities person I have seen, maintenance is helpful. ME and my family know this is where I belong and need to be.
Very very nice place to live. People are very receptive, personnel are very professional and caring.
