She likes it there, they treat her real good. They are really nice there. She likes most of it. I would recommend that place, she is gone doing something almost everyday. They have a really good director.
They are doing a great job so far. They are clean, and friendly, and attentive. All of that good stuff. Everything has worked out well. I don't have any concerns.
We were very happy. They're pricing is competitive, and I felt like I got my money's worth. They were always very quick, and always were very cheerful. They were good about having entertainment going on, there was something available everyday. She never complained about the food. Overall it worked out well!
The community has a high turnover, so we never know the people who are coming in, and they don't check in on them enough. I think they are understaffed, and that the staff they do have doesn't do enough. We chose it because there was a lot going on when we visited, it looked like it would be easy to get involved. Unfortunately they don't come and get them to join in on the activities, so we find that it isn't happening as much as we had hoped. They enjoy the food. There are some staff that we like. There have been several miscommunications about amenities, it almost feels like they lied about stuff to get us to agree to come. The care is good, the staff is patient, the food is good, the building is clean. They do not have standard infection protocols for when there are contagious diseases, that made me very uncomfortable.

When you first walked in it looked amazing and made you feel happy and all the residents were smiling. At the time we thought we were faced with my loved one needing memory care and when we walked into the memory care unit, it was completely different than the assisted living side. It was dark, void of atmosphere, the residents looked like zombies, and there was only 1 staff member.
