The stars are for the doctors and nurses who for the most part are doing their best. Now for the negatives which will be so much longer and not the norm for my reviews. Scheduling: Last time my son had a well visit we waited an hour and a half just to be brought in. Our appointment was at 8:40 and we didn't get done until 2 hours later and it wasn't even a sick visit. I called to setup an appointment for my daughter to have her routine checkup and for her required vaccines and test for school. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have been visiting this place for the past 16 years and will continue to come here in the future. Thank you all the staffs, APRN and doctors!
I set up a virtual appointment with Dr.Letsky when I was pregnant. They do that so if the parents to be have any questions then they can be answered. She was awesome and explained some questions I had about formula milk etc. Once I delivered my baby we went for his first appointment after two days of delivery. Simply the best care in the business. Love this team and clean center. Dr Chang has saved my sons life at least a dozen times. I owe them everything as my son has been sick almost ever month of this 20 month life. Thank you so much for being there guys!!!

Dr. Chang, has been my son's doctor for almost three years and he is absolutely AMAZING! The location itself has been recently remodeled and is very clean. The staff is friendly and the only complaint I would have is the wait times can be a little off. There have been times where I've waited way past my wait times. Overall, the nurses and staff have always been accommodating.

Had such a wonderful experience today at a wellness check, starting at the check-in desk with Ms. Rodriguez (so sorry I can't recall her first name!). Amanda and Cici were warm and caring, very compassionate, and funny too! There was another super sweet nurse who administered a shot that I can't remember her name but deserves a shout out! Dr. Letzky was very professional and attentive. Would recommend this location and this staff to anyone in search of a great pediatric team!
I have four children that all go to this office for all of their medical needs. I can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Chang is. He has been my children's doctor for the past nine years and he is the only person I trust. He listens and is so attentive. Even though I know he has hundreds of patients, he greets my children by name and can always figure out what is going on with them. During my last visit the nurse Junia was amazing. The are the best help and have the greatest service my son was very happy. The front desk employees were very efficient and nice. They were extremely helpful and helped us in a timely fashion.
