This location is great, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Love Dr. Chavez very patient, kind and caring pediatrician who loves what she does. Would recommend her and pediatric associates anytime!

When I was giving birth to my daughter in the hospital a doctor came from Pediatric Associates to give information about their groups all over. He said if we don't have a doctor already we can just have one of their doctors examine our newborn. I liked that he said there is a location in every city so no matter where we are we can go to our own doctor's office that will always have my daughter's records. I like that he said they are open 365 days a year (holidays too) and that you can come in at night and on the weekends. Th... read more

Had to go here on Wednesday evening to have our 6 yr old checked out for a non-existent pink eye so that he could return to school the next morning....long story!! The front desk check-in took about 2 minutes and we were called in within 5 minutes of arriving. We have been coming here for the past 3 years and everyone here is always great. We have always had a great experience at this location. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and child friendly. The staff are friendly and our doctor is thorough and very knowledgeable. We have never had to wait too long in the waiting area before being assigned to an exam room. So far we've been very happy!

I had such a great experience here. The office is very clean and the girls in the front desk are very polite. The wait wasn't long at all. They have the waiting room separate with sick kids on one side and just other kids on the other side which I think that's a marvelous idea you don't want to bring your kid just for a check up and he or she sitting next to a sick kid. Worst experience ever the doctor Diana Blythe and the Nurses and Medical Assistants walking in and out of my room had an attitude the whole time throughout my appointment and even left the door wide open so I could hear what they were saying about me and even had the audacity to write in my summary I declined certain vaccines, I was clear on what I needed from the beginning but they were just rude and ignorant about the whole situation gen have never had a bad experience at the doctors til now . They give you analysis to drop off, they don't tell you times restriction, you would assume you can drop off during their open hours. You would come, they wouldn't take it from you. They say they start receiving drop offs from 1:30. You have to come back. ‍

If I could do 0 stars I would. My child injured her finger Monday at school and was seen at the ER. She was recommended to see a pediatric ortho and was put in a splint in the meantime. I was able to schedule her a FU with an ortho within 48 hours which if you live in Miami dade or Broward you know that is near impossible to do, but we got lucky. I requested the referral urgent and got the ER forms to them quickly to be denied for the referral hours before her appointment just because I did not follow up with the PCP first. ... read more
