these people think the other people's time is not valuable, they always keep you waiting for 30 minutes or more. not acceptable.
Very unorganized, people in the office gave me different information each time I called. They gave me run around for a month. I took my son to pediatrics associates , he needed his physical for school, which went well but then they said he's missing his shots so they can't treat him or no longer except him as their patient and will not issue him a DH680 form that school required in order for him attend a school. All that just because he's not vaccinated/doesn't have his immunization shots. That's discrimination and unethic... read more

Dirty office, rude staff, The nurse was very ruff handling my new born baby, he started crying and she pressed the device in her hand down into his chest, I guess cause she got irritated, baby cried Hysterically for the rest of the appointment . The pediatrician Stephanie h. Couldn't give me a proper explanation as to why my baby had discharge coming out of his ear. Left there just to take him to a urgent care. Waste of time

Honestamente. Para trabajar con niños se necesita un corazón especial. La doctora que atendió a mi hija (de cuatro años) fue extraordinaria y paciente. No puedo decir lo mismo de las enfermeras (cero paciencia y buen trato para los niños) el Sr James del laboratorio muy bueno para tratar con los niños. Had an appointment today at 350PM. Arrived to be told 8 people were in front of me, with half having not been seen yet. Will not be returning, an appointment is made to hold that time for the person that made it, not for others to take

It takes hours on the phone to make an appointment because the online scheduling tool never has appointments. When you arrive, there is always a long check in line and you wait long periods to get into an exam room and for the doctor to arrive. Despite arriving on time, expect to wait at least an hour to see your doctor.

We moved from Miami Beach where we had an amazing experience with Pediatric Associates there. However, this location is quite the opposite. Since my twin daughters birth we have been told both by scheduling number and the pediatric associates practice that it was one parent per child (in light of covid), so in the case of us I could bring my husband to deal with one twin and I the other. I brought my newborn here once we left the hospital, mainly because of the convenience factor. After completing our 2 week well visit we will not be returning. The nurses were not very friendly when they would come in to measure and weigh the baby. I know this is a busy office and they deal with a lot of patients everyday but as a newborn mom with my first baby I would have appreciated a friendlier approach while someone was handling my baby. Overall, the experience was mediocre. The staff and employees in the lobby were very nice when greeting, and attending to us, However Dr Kaminsky is arrogant, I went in for a consultation regarding a serious issue she seemed very nonchalant, with a shaky voice.
