I would definitely recommend this office! My kids have been coming since each one was born for a total of 9 years. They like coming and are very comfortable while their there. I love the front office ladies who always know me when I arrive and are very personable. The doctors really listen and make time for you, I never feel rushed. Great practice!

Your appointment is at 11am, you'll be lucky to be seen by 12:30 that's how bad it is, there was no one in the office? We had 3 people in the waiting room? They must have one Nurse practitioner and 1 md it's bad we're lookin for a new pediatrician asap

Completely unacceptable. Almost an hour waiting in the waiting room with barely any patients?? The office told me we only had one other patient ahead of us, just to be brought back and told by one of the lovely nurses that there were in fact three ahead of us. I told her I had to reschedule because I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have another doctors appt I have to make. She was very kind, other than her this place is disorganized and doesn't prioritize patient care, only how many patients they're able to see in a day!

If you have the option to find somewhere else, I would encourage that. We have given this location, a few chances with things that we have experienced whether that be inattention to detail in measurements of weight, not knowing proper vaccine schedule recommendations, calling her by the wrong name on almost every visit, not washing hands before touching my daughter, despite reminding them in previous appointments. Horrible experience at Pediatric Associates St. Lucie West. My one-year-old daughter's blood test was handled terribly, causing pain and scarring (photo after 3 weeks). We were promised results in five days, but after over a month of waiting and multiple calls, they finally admitted the doctor never placed the order, and the test was lost. This is the second time they have lost my child's blood test! Completely negligent and irresponsible. Avoid this clinic at all costs!

My grandson has been seen here for the last couple years and the office does not seem to care about the children and their needs. The doctor and staff tell us to call in for his refills 2 days prior to him running out. We call and we get a representative who is not even located in the office! We call multiple times in those 2 days and the script is not filled until we drive all the way to the office and actually speak to someone face to face. Although my initial appointment went well. It has been my experience as of recently that it is almost nearly impossible to schedule an appointment that is not a month out. They don't appear to be adequately staffed and I have had an appointment made, and scheduled over the phone only to find out closer to the appointment that never actually occurred because the phone representative is incompetent. We will be finding a new pediatrician.
