Doctors are nice. The nurse and the front desk need to check their miserable attitude at home. If you're not happy with your job go back to McDonald, Waffle House or Haitian restaurant. Most ghetto staff I've ever been around with, felt like I needed to claim a click to feel safe. Giving my children unnecessary attitude mind you they are both under the age of 6yrs old.

not the place for me. although Grace was a sweetheart, i felt like this place didn't listen to me. my child gained a pound in a week after it became a concern that he lost a pound after birth. i began pumping into the bottle so i knew how much my baby was feeding. on the next wellness visit the doctor wanted to see more weight gain and i told her my baby could drink 4OZ i just didn't know if that was too soon for a one month old & she did say 4OZ was fine if he'll take it (which i expressed he 100% would) but she came back w... read more

Dr. Muoio was one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. She has no care for patients, she isnt thorough and doesn't do follow ups. I don't normally do reviews but my god the lack of care she has as a doctor is sad. Please do better. NEGATIVE STARS

I called Monday morning at 8am to try and schedule a sick visit. I was told nothing was available. I made an appointment for Tuesday. They perscribed a breathing medication that was on a national backorder. I called later that Tuesday to get a medication substitute an was told someone would return my call in 24hrs. Its Sunday an I still havent heard anything. We ended up at the ER an told my son has a server upper respiratory virus. We were advised to fire our pediatrician. This place is awful. This is hands down one of the worst places to bring your children. This office needs new staff or a complete overhaul of training on dealing with new born clients . Until this place has major changes parents please keep your kids away for your own peace of mind . Horrible customer service and inefficient scheduling are the last things you need when taking care of your child's health. Never fails that paperwork handed from them is always wrong in one way or another. Can't get through to anyone over the phone and if you do they can't help. Walking into the office feels like you are cattle to the slaughter. They just want you in and out. Staff has zero personality.

My daughter is currently a patient and has been since she was 5, now 17. We went yesterday as a walk in emergency and was told they NO LONGER take walk-ins. They also said they NO LONGER have urgent care. Therefore I had to go to the ER if she needed care. Wow! I am very surprised and concerned that we may have to look for a new doctor with better emergency flexibility like they used to have which is what made the decision on choosing them as a provider. I am having second thoughts.

This is the worst pediatric office I have ever been to. They do not follow up on school paperwork and Dr Soto completely ignored my 12 yr old son when he was trying to explain how his medication worked for him. She yelled at him that she wanted me to answer how it worked. He does not take his ADHD meds while at home and I am not in his body so I do not know how they work for him. my daughter was seen by a doctor yesterday because she was having cold symptoms such as nasal congestion, cough with yellow phlegms, headache. i was told that prescriptions to make her feel better was sent to cvs, when i got there, they said they had nothing for my daughter. when i contacted pediatric associates, i was told that the doctor was gone and forgot to send the prescriptions, they were closed. i am just very disappointed, being in the medical field, i understand how stressful it could be especially nowadays. howev... read more
