It literally takes almost an hour to get through to anyone on the phone. I dread having to make a phone call to them. Every single time that I need a referral they drop the ball and either don't send it to the insurance or don't complete it. I've gone here for almost 8 years and I am now switching pediatricians after my son had to miss his neurology appointment today because of them not responding to multiple referral requests by myself and the neurologist.

This office is super dirty. They have the newborn section next to the sick kids section. Newborn section had sticky chairs, even a donut under the seat. I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor with my newborn (after the scheduled time). The nurse that took my baby's blood didn't even warm her foot and was generally kinda cold. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because Dr. Muoio was great with my baby. I'd love to see her at a different office. Check your billing people. Doctor is up coding and fraudulent billing to insurance company. I am a manager of medical business office and been disputing a bill for months. Everyone seems to agree except the doctor that refuses to change a surgical procedure code for simply popping a pimple. She is adamant that she performed a surgical procedure on my 5 year old, which I did not consent to by the way. I have reported them to their compliance office and BBB. 30 min wait then someone answer and ask if it was okay to put on hold 15 min later when hung up !!! Do not bring your children here ! Worse worse !!!!!!!!! 3 others clients were complaining!

This place can't get it right, they always give you the appointment @ a certain time, but always make you wait for an hour or over. The dr is ok, but the staff in the front needs to get it together because they don't really know how to tell time or keep track of what they are doing.

I've been a pediatric associats since I moved to fl,,,service always good but last night I went there with my son who's been sick with the flu and other stuff, finally I had clled schedule an appointment for him to be seen get ther check in , after a long period of waiting, finally the nurse called us into a room, sitting for over an hour no doctor showed us finally I left without been seing, went to the ER with my child ,,, all I am saying if the office will offer after hours only have one doctor in , please don't over boo... read more
