I scheduled my daughters first dentist appointment over 5 months ago. Appointment scheduled at 3:30 on 12/20. Last week I received a phone call from Haley, her exact words when I answered the phone "So you have an appointment next Tuesday, we need to change it to 11:00." My response "No I am sorry I cannot change it to 11:00." The response that I received from her was a flippant "Hmmm, okay bye" This is not acceptable in any situation, and I should have cancelled then. Unfortunately Cassie is not a patient of record at our office and never made it to our office to see why we have so many patients and families with positive experiences.
