Dr Gould is a legend here! Absolutely one of the best providers. When in a pinch, we've also had Dr Agee, who is equally exceptional They take special care to talk with you, check-in, respond to questions, and all without making you feel rushed, a bother, etc. They are very accessible to their patients. I'd give PMA 5-stars if it wasn't for what is sometimes very unimpressive receptionists. They aren't unprofessional or rude, but neither are they enthusiastic/cordial/friendly. I was recommended to try Dr. Agee, my daughter's pediatrician, by one of the head nurses at Sutter who knew her personally after I had my baby girl. My daughter is 9.5 months old, and has one more well-baby appointment in her first year of life. Dr. Agee is exactly what I expect from a pediatrician. Love this whole team of doctors and healthcare professionals . ExceptionalCare . Highly recommend. Dr Budd has led our son's care beautifully . We hope to work with him and this team his whole childhood .

Love this place! Always able to get my son a same day appointment if needed. I've needed advice or a prescription filled outside of office hours numerous times and the On Call DR gets back to me within 10 mins of calling. We've seen just about every Dr at this facility and have never been disappointed.

Dr. Budd is hands down, the best doctor I've ever met. He's very thorough. He takes his time covering everything, during an appointment unlike most doctors, who come into the exam room and ask a question or two, give you a prescription, and then head to their next appointment 10 minutes later. He NEVER rushes. Never!! He seems to actually care about your (your kid) health/concerns and he goes above and beyond, addressing your concerns every-time. He's just an all around nice man. Dr.Budd has been out pediatrician for about 18 months now. Very thorough, patient, and maintains a wonderful rapport with both of my kids. Paperwork--whether for specialist referrals, school/day care forms, or anything else under the sun--has been handled in a timely fashion. Sick child appointments have typically been same-day. Waits have been fairly typical for a doctor's office; some days are better than others, as is to be expected. Desk staff is generally efficient and polite if not overwhelmingly friendly.

Love everyone here! They take great care of my kids. Had some billing issues, but the manager was able to take care of it. Highly recommend this group.

This is an update to my last review, where I was pretty annoyed about having to see a nurse practitioner. Well, I saw her and she was pretty awesome. And then the next appointment I saw Dr. Agee again, and she was really terrific. I think now that I have a handle on their scheduling (and a handle on MY scheduling as a first time mom), things will be smooth-sailing.
