This review is not for the doctor's at this office, they are all great. This is for the front end of this office, more specifically the "billing department". We have great insurance and this office was preferred, since you know, I did my research before my daughter was born and called and asked. Our Co pay should cover our appointment, because the deductible is met (since they told me the reason that I always had a balance was because of the deductible not being met) yet, somehow they always find a way to charge $50-$80 on T... read more

This place has some good doctors and I have no complaints about the front desk staff at this time. However, as a brand new mom, I had some questions about vaccinations. I received some of the rudest and condescending responses from one of the female doctors at this clinic. At one point she responded, "its Science". Seriously!?! My other complaint is that they will not see your child if they do not follow a vaccine schedule. This seems like some sort of forced regime to me. I am only giving a 1 star for a recent visit I had at the clinic. I have been bringing my children here for the past 12 years. Dr. Agee is an amazing MD and unfortunately she had no openings, so I settled with any provider in office. Normally, the experience is great with all the other MD's in the office, but for some reason 2/8/2018 was not a good operating day for this office. If my children are sick I call and get a sick visit immediately. They open at 8:30am and usually is available to take phone calls and give advice. ... read more

Yikes, I am so bummed to be writing this review. We moved out of San Francisco and left our beloved pediatrician a couple of months ago, and became patients at this office. I had a good first experience with a nurse practitioner here, and felt optimistic about meeting our new doctor with the practice. Horrible. The other glowing reviews blow my mind and are quite laughable to me. While everyone has a right to their opinion so do I. Unfortuneately been coming here too many years. This place has always been less than a professional medical office. Way too many struggles dealing with the in's and out's of this doctors office.
