I had a new build in process just before the death of my husband. He was an architect so I really was out of my expertise. My builder has become part of my family and the salesman Andy Clark from Pella saved my build several times from excessive delays when another supplier could not get items to me because of Covid in 2020. I’m a contractor, one Pella window field guys came out and measured the existing sliding glass door to insure the new door would be fit the opening. When the door was ready they delivered the new door to the side of the house where it would be installed.

Great experience with Pella. Kane was our sales representative and very communicative and knowledgeable every step of the way. The installers were great and the finished product looks amazing. Highly recommend!!

Our experience with Pella has been great. The sales process with Amanda was precise and accurate. The windows were ordered and installed within about 4-5 weeks. The installers (Richard & his son) were awesome. They did a great job keeping the work areas clean. When the left, we couldn’t tell they had been here except for the new windows. Overall it was a great experience.
