Lots of miscommunication in the installation process. We were never told we would have to paint. There was no consulting us about the size of the frame they used. Various issues. The door itself is beautiful. The screen is a huge piece of crap. It has never closed properly and we had to rig it to close from day 1. Now it is broken and we are unable to get Pella to respond to us to repair it. Talk about a company that takes your money and runs. We had a window leak...Pella came out and "fixed it". Not even two hours later, it started raining again and the leak was still an issue. At that point, we called Pella back (we had already given them payment). It has now been two weeks, 7 phone calls and 3 voicemails later. Not one response. Not one person able or willing to help. Many mistakes done during install and grids on windows are crooked. No one seems to care to fix the situation in a timely manner and they have already taken full pay. Very upset. I went with Pella because I thought I would get a better product/service.

I had an in-home consultation scheduled for which Pella never showed. They also never called to reschedule. This was after already reaching out to them twice because they never returned my first call asking to schedule a consult. There's no way I would use this branch

I have been a professional in the Atlanta area for over 25 years and I would never use this division of Pella again. Horrible customer service and a complete joke. They need to realize that quickly.
