RecommendedOur experience with Pella has been great. The sales process with Amanda was precise and accurate. The windows were ordered and installed within about 4-5 weeks. The installers (Richard & his son) were awesome. They did a great job keeping the work areas clean. When the left, we couldn’t tell they had been here except for the new windows. Overall it was a great experience.

RecommendedGreat experience getting an appointment and meeting with Pella representative. Looking forward to have the window replaced.
Had a sales rep come out to give a estimate on a new front door frame and he said 30k. I have never heard of a 30k door frame replacement. we found another company that did it for 7k plus materials.

We had our windows installed in October. However, the storm door didn’t fit and one of the windows was broken. I have called at least twenty times to check on the status of what still needs to be installed. The door and windows arrived in December. We finally got the installers out a few weeks ago to finish the job to find out they did not have the storm door that was supposedly ordered and they also did not have the windows. I welcome anyone from Pella or the general public to call me (714.975.4372) and discuss my horrific experience of my Pella sales and installation. I have spent $5k of my own money repairing a horrible installation that caused water to pour into my garage. The windows that were sold to me and installed were reflective like a mirror, and colored with a blue/green tint (Low-E glass) that I didn't need because there was zero direct sunlight that came into my den.
