Staff was personable but I received no contact from Dr. Tau himself
I redeemed my Groupon for a tooth whitening and it was exactly as stated. Dr. Tau happened to be at the front desk and welcomed me to the office. He spent a few minutes talking to me about the procedure and left me in the hands of Kelly who did a great job. The rest of the team is very personable and attractive. As a patient who had some concerns about going to the dentist I have to applaud your office for a job well done. From the first time I was on your website and saw your videos I felt very comfortable and decided that you would be the dentist that took care of my mouth. My 3 year old son and I went to have our routine teeth cleaning. Roxanne was wonderful with my son! He was actually excited to go for his appointment (this was his 2nd visit)!!! What more could I ask for?!?!? She put a kids program on the TV and even allowed him to "help" her with certain things! He thought that was so cool! And of course he got to pick out a toy from the Treasure Chest too, what visit wouldn't be complete without that!
