Comfort, calm, friendship and gentle dental care...it's like coming to a friend's house for your dental care! The staff at Dr. Tau's office get ten stars! From the paraffin hand treatment and warm towels to the massage chairs...it's a visit to the dental spa. Dr. Tau provided absolute painless intervention for my HUGE cavity.
Patient care is paramount at Dr. Tau's dental office. The entire staff is warm, welcoming and professional. The office is very high tech and comfortable, from the snack bar in the waiting room, to the massage chair in the operatory, it's obvious that Dr. Tau truly cares about a patient's comfort and needs. Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence is not your usual dental office. From the first phone call with Barb to the filling of a cavity...you will be treated with kindness and respect...despite what services you are having. I was fairly confident after reading so much good feedback on this dental center before making an appointment. It was all 5-star reviews with a few 1-star reviews claiming all the 5-star reviews were misleading. My experience was 5-stars. The entire staff was friendly, the office is very clean and modern.
