I found the ladies that work there extremely friendly and accommodating. Although they needed to reschedule my appt. time to another date, they were extremely helpful and even gave me directions over the phone. Although I called two times b/c I got lost, they were patient and guided me to their location. Overall, I was pleased with the procedure and feel that my teeth are whiter. Let me begin by saying I have hated going to dentists all my life and my teeth show it. But I walked through the right door this time. I don't know how to begin to express my reaction to the top notch professionalism, the degree of warmth and caring shown to me by the entire staff. The staff couldn't be more friendly. If there is a question or concern, Dr. Tau or anyone else in the office is very approachable and willing to help.
I have had a lot of dental work done in my 36 years of life and Dr. Tau and his team are by far the best and most professional dental office I have encountered. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed. I started seeing Dr. Tau a few years ago when I got tired of my "ugly smile" due to an unnecessary bridge that I got in my twenties.
